The person behind it

Mario Dodić
01Background

Why this exists.

With more than seven years in heat pump design, technical support and installer training, Mario has seen first-hand what happens when teams are not properly trained. Callbacks, warranty claims, frustrated clients, and a product that gets blamed for a design decision somebody made months earlier.

HVAC Education Hub exists to close that gap, combining deep technical knowledge with a platform that people actually enjoy using. The engineering and design work continues alongside it deliberately, because material only stays honest if it keeps coming from real projects.

02Track record

Where the knowledge comes from.

Panasonic

Technical support for heat pumps, dealing with installer problems every day across a whole market.

Ariston

Technical role covering heat pumps and hydronic systems, and the point where product meets real installation.

Published author

Co-author of the Pocket Guide for Heating Engineers, a reference written for people working on site.

Design practice

Ongoing heat pump design and consulting work, mostly residential, which feeds directly back into the teaching material.

Two markets

Working across Croatia and the UK, which means seeing the same mistakes solved two different ways.

Independent

No manufacturer owns the content. Brands sponsor it, they do not write it.
